As a Head Trainer, you will play a crucial role in assessing dog behavior, creating training plans, and communicating with pet parents to ensure the well-being and obedience of their furry friends. Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavior assessments for dogs.
- Discuss and create personalized training plans for each dog.
- Communicate effectively with pet parents regarding training progress and goals.
- Ensure that training plans are implemented and followed correctly.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports on training progress and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Schedule and conduct monthly training briefings for the team.
- Ensure safe checkout procedures for all dogs leaving the facility.
- Manage stocks of dog food and medicines, ensuring an adequate supply at all times.
- Regular follow-ups with pet parents to provide updates on their dog's progress.
- Manage online reviews and maintain a positive online presence for the center.
