Progressive Canines – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Progressive Canines! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and operational efficiency for your furry companions.


1. Vaccination & Health Requirements

  • All dogs must be fully vaccinated before availing of any services. Vaccination records will be auto-matched with our system to verify compliance.
  • Mandatory vaccinations include:
    • 🏥 Core Vaccines: Rabies, Distemper, Parvovirus
    • 💉 Additional Requirements: Deworming, Oral Anti-Tick, Kennel Cough
  • If a pet’s vaccinations are found to be expired or incomplete, Progressive Canines reserves the right to deny entry until updated records are provided.

2. Check-in & Check-out Communication

  • All pet check-ins and check-outs will be recorded and communicated to the entire staff to ensure seamless coordination.
  • A centralized tracking system will be used to manage:
    • Pet details & boarding type (Standard, Villa, Luxury)
    • Special care instructions & medical history
    • Assigned caretaker & scheduled activities (grooming, training, playtime)
  • Pet parents must adhere to designated check-in and check-out timings. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.

3. Inventory Management & Usage Tracking

  • A real-time inventory system will monitor essential supplies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Daily usage tracking is mandatory for:
    • 🦠 Deworming treatments
    • 🛡 Oral Anti-Tick medications
    • 💨 Kennel Cough vaccinations
    • 🍖 Pet meals & nutrition supplies
    • 🛁 Grooming products & cleaning essentials
    • 🏥 First-aid & medical supplies
  • In case of low stock, automated alerts will notify the management for restocking.

4. Boarding & Lodging Policies

  • Progressive Canines provides Standard, Villa, and Luxury Boarding options with 24/7 supervision.
  • Pet parents must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or behavioral concerns at the time of booking.
  • Dogs exhibiting aggressive behavior may be denied boarding for the safety of other pets and staff.
  • While we maintain a clean and safe environment, Progressive Canines is not liable for minor injuries, natural illnesses, or unforeseen health conditions.

5. Grooming & Spa Services

  • Grooming services are provided with utmost care, but Progressive Canines is not responsible for:
    • Skin allergies or pre-existing skin conditions.
    • Reactions to grooming products.
    • Stress-related discomfort during the session.
  • If a dog exhibits excessive aggression or distress, the grooming session may be paused or discontinued.

6. Swimming Pool Usage

  • Swimming sessions are supervised, but pet parents must ensure their dogs are comfortable with water before booking.
  • Dogs with open wounds, skin infections, or contagious diseases will not be allowed in the pool.
  • Pool access is at the owner’s risk, and Progressive Canines is not responsible for any unforeseen incidents.

7. Pick-up & Drop Services

  • Pick-up and drop services are available upon prior booking and are subject to availability.
  • This service is limited to a designated radius; additional charges may apply for locations beyond this range.
  • Progressive Canines is not responsible for delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Health & Emergency Care

  • In case of a medical emergency, Progressive Canines will contact the pet parent immediately. If unreachable, veterinary care will be sought at our discretion.
  • Any veterinary expenses incurred during the stay will be billed to the pet parent.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Boarding cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check-in for a partial refund.
  • Training session cancellations require 24-hour prior notice; otherwise, the session will be considered used.
  • No refunds will be issued for early check-outs or missed training sessions.

10. Liability & Indemnity

  • Progressive Canines is not responsible for any loss, injury, illness, or escape of any pet due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Pet parents agree to indemnify and hold Progressive Canines harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their pet’s stay or participation in services.

11. Code of Conduct

  • Progressive Canines promotes a safe, positive, and respectful environment for both pets and pet parents.
  • Any disruptive, disrespectful, or aggressive behavior by pet parents toward staff will not be tolerated, and services may be discontinued.

12. Photography & Social Media

  • By availing of our services, pet parents consent to photos/videos of their pets being used for social media, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.

13. Amendments to Terms

  • Progressive Canines reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Pet parents are encouraged to check our website for updates.
